Instruction & Training before the race:
11:00-12:30 - Training/Skills Clinic with Vet Pro Josh Smith. all ages, all proficiencies. must be able to ride the track fully on their own. we will do both on and off the bike training/workouts, address skills on the track, as well as training efforts on the track.
